Clearman's North Woods = Awesome!

This weekend was super fun! My college roommate Nancy and her bf Paul came down from the Bay Area to meet Avery, and so had a little college reunion extravaganza at Clearman's North Woods in San Gabriel. I've seen this restaurant before but never been inside. Its actually a really unique place, reminds you of a cozy cabin restaurant where you can grab a beer and have some steak and ribs and munch on peanuts and throw the shells on the ground. This proved to be quite handy when you have a 7 month baby with busy little hands and fingers. She had a peanut in each hand for most of the dinner, and she'd keep throwing them on the ground and getting another one - no problem! peanut shells go on the ground! She got so attached to them, we actually discovered one when we got home, warmed within her tiny little fist.

She sat in her high chair like a good girl, entertaining herself with peanuts. It was great.
Avery was super popular! Here she is with Uncle Luis and Auntie Katherine. Wassup!

With Auntie Tomi, who is 6.5 months pregnant with baby boy. YAY!! Little Bro to bully soon!

Avery's hidden agenda: to warm up Uncle Vatche's baby oven. Don't do it, Vatche! Don't give in to the cuteness! She's not as cute as she looks!
Avery's first picture with Uncle Chris. Uncle Chris has given into the cuteness. The job is done!

In her Cal Oskie onesie. Good thing i found it in time, or else she's going to bust out of this onesie within the month. Its supposed to be 6-12 month! Her head looks disproportionately large compared to her body. Big brain?
