Since Auntie Ruby forgot to buy you a birthday card, I figured I would post it online here instead, with the hope that one day when you can read this, you will enjoy being thoroughly embarrassed by this post. hehe Your birthday party on Saturday was off the hook. It was at this cute park close to your house and there were toddler playgrounds and kid playgrounds and everything. When we got to the park, we found you walking around, and also rolling around with your Grandpa:

WEEE!!! hehe so cute, you guys have the same expression on their faces. Jojo, by your first birthday, in addition to walking, you also enjoy munching on many things, like your birthday wagon...

While you were busy socializing with all your guests, Avery was off playing in the playground with Uncle Vatche:
Which always includes potentially dangerous activities such as climbing, and sliding, etc...
These are all activities that you will soon be partaking in, and much, much more. hehe
Then it was Cake Time!! WEE!!!
You did not enjoy cake time at first. What IS THIS STUFF? WHY are WE ALL SINGING AND LAUGHING AT YOU?!
And then you tasted it, and everything was a-okay.
It must have been pretty good cuz you shared it with your chair, hair, neck folds, foot... Your mom was surprisingly ok with this, as Auntie Ruby screamed inside a little bit. You see, this was Avery's bday cake. So, you know. But to be fair, it wasn't the real cake time yet. But yeah, Avery's 1st birthday cake eating was pretty uneventful even when we let her go at it.
YUP! You definitely liked it!! AWESOMELY MESSY!
Look at you, all big and stuff, walking around, kicking balls, munching on random things, clapping your hands and say Hi! to people. You're no longer a baby now, you're a toddler!! (Just don't tell your mom that)
